Surface Shield FAQ

1) Wash your hands before handling the Surface Shield. Any dirt or grime on your hands will come off onto the Surface Shield – so start clean!

2) Use a soft, lint-free cloth to remove all smudges, fingerprints, lint or dust from your device’s screen.

3) Remove and discard layer 1 from the Surface Shield, being careful not to touch the Surface Shield surface that will be applied your device. Align the Surface Shield perfectly with the edges of your screen and slowly lower it into place.

4) Remove any air bubbles by rubbing from the center of your device’s screen towards the edges with your thumb, an ID or credit card. Finally, if your Surface Shield has a second tab, slowly peel to remove layer 2.
